You can request the credit of your miles flown with Avianca or TACA up to 6 months following the flight date, for this, you have to present all the required documentation. You can also request the credit of the miles for flights in Avianca or TACA that have been completed within 6 months prior to enrolling in the program. In addition, the miles flown with our air partners can be credited according to the frequent flyer agreement with each airline.

To have your miles credited, please contact our Call Centers or visit Avianca or TACA’s Information Centers. You must have with you: the ticket number, date of flight, boarding pass and frequent flyer number. Other information may be request if needed.

No miles will be credited for products or services purchased with our commercial partners before the program enrollment date.
