To redeem tours it is necessary for you to follow the next steps, if you have completed the first 2 steps you can continue keying your reservation code in the corresponding field (it’s not necessary to click on the field again):

  1. Make your reservation through LifeMiles Services by any of these options:

    • Costa Rica: (506) 40002678

    • Schedules: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
      Saturday 8:30 am-12:30pm (GMT-6)

  2. Once your request has been made, you will receive an email response from lifemilesservices@lifemiles.com. If there is availability for the dates you requested, we will send you your reservation code. If not, we will provide you with alternative options.
  3. With the reservation code, you can redeem your award through LifeMiles.com, in the Enjoy/Enjoy center or visiting your nearest TACA Center providing the following award code and reservation code. Without a reservation code, you will not be able to redeem you miles. Also, you must remember that the redemption must be made under the name of the person that will enjoy the award.
  4. To find greater availability, we recommend you to make your reservation at least 15 days in advance and wait for your award certificate.

    * If the reservation is not made through LifeMiles Services, the partner will not accept the award certificate. LifeMiles will not held responsible for reservations made out of this procedure.
